However it reappeared when I updated the driver to 25.20.100.6471 and I wasn't able to fix it through the previous method I used, although I don't even know how it ended up fixing the problem back then in the first place. Later on though after a few reinstalls through the driver package provided by Intel it somehow got fixed for me.

Even if they worked for the people who asked those questions (None of them had any replies from their OP saying that their problem was fixed anyways) they didn't work for me anyways.
